Final Removal and Clean-up of the Buildings

After all saleable items have been dismantled, loaded and shipped, there will always be equipment, installations and waste left in the buildings. The old equipment and installations will be demolished and the scrap, waste and other unfriendly materials will be separated and disposed off in accordance with all Health, Safety and Environmental Regulations;the floors will be swept and the vacant buildings will be returned to the owners within the agreed period. CBI works with DDM (www.ddm.eu), they hold all Certificates needed to perform these activities.
